Dragonwilds Fight Cave & Fuzan Guide

The Fight Cave concludes the main Umbral Sands questline with the battle against Fuzan. It is not an early desert detour: progress the regional story, improve your Umbral-tier equipment, and arrive with enough supplies for a sustained encounter.

Before entering the Fight Cave

• Defeat the Black Knight Titan to gain access to Umbral Sands.
• Progress the Moon Garou questline instead of searching for a direct entrance skip.
• Establish desert transport and a nearby recovery route; Sunscorch and hydration can consume resources before the fight begins.
• Bring repaired equipment, healing food, water, and the runes or ammunition required by your combat style.
• Empty unnecessary inventory slots so rewards are not competing with ordinary gathering materials.

The desert supports Adamant melee gear, Yew ranged equipment, Red Dragonhide armour, and Infinity robes. You do not need to force one style, but your chosen setup should be internally consistent: weapon, armour, consumables, ammunition, and skill levels should all support the same plan.

Fuzan preparation

Solo

Prioritise survival and repeatability. Use food before panic sets in, preserve stamina for repositioning, and spend the first attempt learning attack timing rather than chasing a fast clear. A nearby lodestone and spare equipment set reduce the cost of failure.

Co-op

Agree on roles before entering. Players should avoid clustering unnecessarily, call out when they need space to recover, and carry their own essential food and ammunition. One overloaded supplier is a single point of failure.

Fight Cave rewards and repeat runs

Completing the encounter can award the Fire Cape, while repeatable and advanced versions provide reasons to return for rare crafting rewards and Vestiges. Treat the first clear as progression; optimise speed or advanced difficulty only after the party can finish reliably.
