Does Dragon equipment drop directly from Kuldra?

The official overview ties the shield, cape, and Dragon equipment rewards to completing the Kuldra challenge, but it does not publish exact rates or distinguish every guaranteed reward from rare-table loot. Wait for the released encounter and Journal before labelling an item guaranteed.

• Complete the main story through Fuzan.
• Bring a coherent Umbral-tier build into Scorned Wilderness.
